Accounting, Bookkeeping & Payroll Service Packages

Our team at Schwartz & Schwartz works with you to select the service package that best meets your specific needs and offered for a reasonable fee.

All packages include periodic one-on-one meetings with your designated accountant to discuss your practice’s finances. We’ll help you interpret “the numbers” so you can develop strategies to improve your practice collections and net profit while minimizing your tax liability.  We schedule meetings at your office, by phone, or remote to ensure we stay on top of your financial needs.

Our Bundled Service Packages include Bi-Weekly Payroll services and monthly bookkeeping.  QuickBooks Online subscription is required. Additional payroll processing cycles are available if they better suit your needs.

 

Human Resources Assistance

We understand that is it difficult to balance the demands of both an employer and healthcare provider. We can help you minimize the time spent on employee related issues by preparing clear and concise documents that will outline the HR policies and procedures of your practice.

Our team will meet with you, review your office policies, and prepare the documents that are important to the day to day management of your busy practice.  Documents may include: Confidentiality Agreements, WISP Compliance, Personalized Benefit Statement, and Employee Handbooks.  All documents will comply with State and Federal law.
